This is what you should see next.
In the Title write the name of the blog as you want it to show when it is opened.
In the address write the name of your blog without spaces, followed by "blogspot.com".
Below that is a window that shows different themes. You can click on several to see what the layout will look like.
Use the slide bar on the right to view all the possibilities as to what your blog might look like.
After you pick out a design (you can always change it) click on "create blog."
